The Florida State University Flute Association held its annual Flute Day on November 7, 2009 in Tallahassee, Florida. Guest artists and clinicians included Dr. Andrée Martin and Robert Dick.

April 2009 - Covenant Concert Series
On April 4th, Ms. Sastre performed a collaborative concert with pianist Yuko Sterenberg at Covenant Presbyterian Church of Chicago. The
concert featured some of the most beautiful pieces for flute and piano,
including works by Bach, Debussy, Kinoshita, Marais, & Poulenc.
